Abstract

【課題】 高温溶融金属の融液内部の温度を、融液中の熱放射から測定する溶融金属内部温度測定用放射温度計において、厚紙製の保護管の含有する水分により、保護管内部に発生する水蒸気による測定結果への影響を防ぎ、正確な融液内部温度の測定をはかる。 【解決手段】 放射温度センサー1に金属パイプ2を取り付け、金属パイプ2の先端に、金属ふた3を具備する保護管を接続継手5を介して装着し、保護管の先端を溶融金属内部に挿入することで、溶融金属内部の温度を測定する機構において、金属パイプ2の先端に熱容量の大きな中空孔を有する水蒸気防禦体6を接続継手5を介して設置することで水蒸気の影響を防ぎ、正確な温度を測定する。 【選択図】 図1
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attempt to measure the correct internal temperature of melt, by preventing influence due to water vapor generated inside a protecting tube, resulting from moisture contained in the cardboard protecting tube on the result of measurement, in a radiation thermometer for measuring internal temperature of molten metal which measures the temperature inside melt of high temperature molten metal, based on the measurement of thermal radiation from melt. SOLUTION: In a mechanism for measuring the temperature inside a molten metal, where a metallic pipe 2 is attached on a radiation temperature sensor 1, a protective tube possessing a metal lid 3 is attached at the tip of metallic pipe 2 via a splicing connector 5, and the tip of protective tube is inserted into the interior of molten metal, the correct temperature is measured by preventing the influence of water vapor and installing a water vapor protective body 6, having a hollow hole of large heat capacity at the tip of metallic pipe 2 via the splicing connector 5.
